I feel very uncomfortable with this bank. They feel like a collections agency so impersonal and cold.
Their online banking is not user friendly at all , and customer service agents are nosy and u friendly. Called to change my car insurance and was asked 4 times if I was sure i was single? Was i sure i lived alone?? Then was made to feel uncomfortable when i asked her to stop asking me that!
Just nervous dealing with them.
I pray they leave me alone. I am not comfortable.
